Katie Lane Mini Scallop Radial Ruler
Use the Mini Scallop Radial Ruler to mark scalloped and serpentine quilt and hem edges. Template Ruler is 6″ x 4″ total, and can be used to make scallops with lengths of 2″, 3″, 4″ or 5″.
