The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders (all cut fabrics are considered custom orders)
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale and clearance or from destash
Returns and exchange details
No returns. If we, the seller, has made an error or the item is defective exchanges are happily made. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please e-mail with any other questions.
